PlaidStallions turns 11

This week marks the 11th anniversary of the launch of PlaidStallions. Truth be told, it was two days ago but life has been so bumpy lately, I totally forgot about it. That would have been a big mistake and here is why.

In eleven years of doing this, it has never felt like work and while it doesn't pay, it does pay back in all the wonderful (and often hilarious) feedback I receive from you folks. I look forward to doing this.

I cannot begin to properly explain how you all have impacted my life in a positive way and for that I'm very grateful today and this the reason that 11 years later I'm still scanning my smelly old catalogs.

Happy anniversary! Big fan of the classic clothing and the great humor comments that follow. My uncle made wine, and his sons referred to it as paint thinner, but I used to like it. Made the mistake of drinking it on Christmas Eve and the next day hangover was a "This bird pooped in its own nest". Made worse by a popcorn flavored jelly-bean that almost made me call it a day.

Happy anniversary. The 24th was my 11th anniversary of where I work. What a coincidence. I have to thank you for all the information, memories and humor your site brings me. I have to credit my dad for that one, he was on some political rant when i was nine and he was referring to the American Eagle. I never forgot it but forget what it was about, probably Nixon....
