Gramercyplace's Batgirl and more with New Suits!

Opened up my email this morning, got this new one from Mike (Gramercyplace):

I took some new photos of the latest suits from MacWade Studios.
I could not abide the new FTC Batgirl duds, and replaced them with a proper suit and tall Mego boots(and Mego body).
The turtleneck suits also look great on Johnny and Sue Storm
And of course his new pics:

I personally think he's right...the suits from McWade studios make the FTC Batgirl ( from Batman Series 5) look a lot better than what was executed).

They all look great, but I really like the Batgirl outfit in particular. What a difference! Are these one-offs, or being sold?

Wow, what I know about fabrics and sewing you could fit on the head of a pin, but that fabric does really dress those figures up! Looks like it has a super super tight weave which is what costumes of that scale actually need because it likely allows for smaller and thinner seams.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Yes, the outfits are made with 4-way stretch, so the fit is pretty awesome. I found Penelope on etsy, her shop's name is Macwade Studios. Outfits are made to order. She had very impressive catsuits posted and modeled by Barbies, but I asked if she could make them in Dinahmite size (because she had a rerooted one for sale), and she responded that she indeed could! I'm several catsuits deep now, and still really impressed by the superb craftsmanship. The suits are all zippered in the back, and with or without the turtleneck.

The FTC suits are unfortunately not made of 4-way stretch, which is why they're so loosey goosey in the crotch and the footsies. There's no snap-back to the fabric. I also wasn't feeling the yellow bat-ears that were screenprinted on the knees. Why not just screen print the entire yellow boot? Agh. I just tossed it in the trash.

^ Fair enough, but I like the single-knit FTC uses because it closely
