    Can anyone identify this guy for me?

    Not sure if this belongs here but can anyone ID the male figure in this pic? He was made by Mattel. Thx!

                  YEAH! Thanks for the ID I picked up the Doug figure at flea market a year or so back and thought he looked cool!
