    Classic TV Toys rdering Site Down?

    Been trying to place an order for four days now, it keeps saying the same error when I click submit.

    "Server Error
    We are unable to process your transaction at this time. Please wait a few minutes and try again."

    Contacted them but hadn't heard back, anyone else order recently in the last four days?

    I haven't heard of any issues. Did you email them?

      I emailed them and posted on their FB page. They say they aren't "aware of any issues".
      But I cannot order from their site: I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
      No browser will work all say the same error.

      Guess I will call them when I get home later.

        Never mind found the problem.
        Apparently their Customer Notes field allows for 2000 characters to be typed.
        I pasted correspondence from them regarding my last order, in which they said they
        would replace my damaged item on this new order.
        Apparently the copy/paste exceeded the 2000 character limit
        (even though it said I had 990 characters remaining).
        Once I shortened it and made sure it was only three lines long, then it processed ok.

        So it is a bug on their end they need to fix....
