I have a '95 Ford conversion van I use when we have the entire family in need of transportation to the same place. It was broken into once, and the guy left me $20.

I had a lawn mower on my patio and went on vacation. They took the mower and left the full 5 gallon fuel can sitting next to it. We really need a better class of thief on this planet, they are becoming an insult to the species.

Ah, that sucks. I had a vehicle broken into once many years ago. A 94' Plymouth Reliant. My first vehicle with air conditioning, a must in Arizona. The jerks broke into the car to take it for a joyride and busted out all the windows save the windshield. I had to replace the windows from parts from a junkyard. They changed my classical music radio station to some Mexican-rap station and damaged the speaker with the bass. Oh, and the car lasted me only 3 years more. I had to start the vehicle with a screwdriver because of how they stole the vehicle. They basically took a crowbar to the steering column so they could bypass an ignition key. The cops found the car still running and abandoned and left the car running when discovered. I lost all respect for law enforcement when they told me they find stolen cars everyday where mine was left. Crooks got away. Stole my work keys out of the glove box.Comment
