I think they switched over to 3 3/4" stuff.

They pretty much said they were done with ReMegos a couple years ago. But I know JL has teased on here a few times that they might do something more.

But nothing has come of it. I suspect if the license was right.

Much of the BBP stuff, IMO, was a case of doing the wrong properties in the format. A few made sense, SMDM, Doctor Who, even Big Bang Theory, but other stuff like LOST and Scott Ian just didn't make sense in the format.

I thought their Six Million Dollar Man and Battlestar Galactica lines were very good, Flash Gordon too. I hope they do find another property to put out in the 8" format. Wouldn't mind seeing them try Star Trek if Diamond is done with that line.

I loved the SMDM and BSG lines but they had a lot of flaws. Cylon can't move and Starbucks/Apollo have giant pale heads. All three Steve Austins I purchased suffered a broken body. Despite this, I was sad to see both lines end, especially because I wanted that mego Maskatron in a bad way.

I think it's been 4 years since the last Twilight Zone wave came out. I'm not expected anything anytime soon..

I hope Biff Bang Pow does return to the Mego format. The sculpting on these figures were great. Some more TZ figures would be the top of my list or even some new properties.

Hi Everyone! Many many thanks for your support and continued interest. As people have suggested, this is about doing the correct license that fits the Re-Mego format. We've done a lot of characters and really did bring to market the ones that were in the highest demand for each line (Doctor Who being the exception). Twilight Zone has various restrictions for the additional characters we all want, such as Robbie the Robot, Rod Serling, etc. And by looking around, Re-Mego has been admirably covered by FTC and NECA. We do have a fairly good Re-Mego set planning stages that we would love to bring to market within the next year. Of course, details will be posted here as soon as we can.

Is there any chance these will ever be released?

It depends? Seriously, the demand for these two characters is well below our factory minimum order. That's really the driving factor for us at this point.

^ The Leonard Nimoy character was a minor character so I can see why interest is low.
Whatever happened to Henry Corwin/Santa, Maya the Cat-Girl, Five Characters in Search of An Exit that were shown as prototypes?
Or Anthony Fremont, Marsha White? They've been made as 3 3/4". No interest in 8"?

How about just making the heads and marketing them as Twilight Zone pencil toppers? Keychains?
