yes ... skinny boots, large emblem, t1 body etc etc

All skinny boot Batman and Superman had stirrups. Those are stirrup boots. But alas, not all stirrup suits came with skinny boots

I agree with you but in solid box: superman came with stirrups, skinny boots and large emblem.
Later superman releases could have stirrups with normal boots.
