I have done like 7 Storm Mego Customs, but never got a request for my favorite version! So I put one together last year using a vintage Uhura base. Custom re-root, re-paint & custom outfit. Boots are original

That is a great looking figure! I'm curious about the head. Is it a re-cast that was then rooted or an original Uhura head? If an original Uhura head, any tricks to covering the holes left from removing the hair or just left as is? Love the look of this figure!

This is Uhura's original head, not re-cast. Covering the holes was a theory that I experimented with involving several light layers of polyurethane and acrylic paint. The holes are still a little visible, I'm hoping to improve my technique next time I get a request for her.

Yes I will! I plan on getting on table (once I secure my plane ticket!) and my goal is to have about 20 heads ( hoping to have 3 Storm heads) and around 5 complete customs. I did a Jim Lee Storm for bronxboykev, I will most likely do the John Byrne version (black costume) unless I get a specific request. And if you want to bring a head for me to take home to customize, I will be set up for that too. If you want something specific, send me a message, as I want to bring heads that people are actually interested in! Thank you!
