It's not been a great month for me health wise, be it mental or physical. Out of the blue I get a call from an old friend asking to go for a coffee.

I'd been forced to blow him off for months but I knew I had to go out with him this week, i was being very rude to a person I've known for 25 years.

He then presented me with this box, I nearly wept in a donught shop. His thoughtfulness really is the highlight of a dark month.
