Those are sweet, but I'll never pay that much money for a non-vintage figure. My Gilbert Bond figures cost that much!

These are now available for pre-order. At $249.99.

They look absolutely amazing. But I'm not likely to buy them now.

It would be cool if this company did the "Thunderball" underwater Bond with the big scuba backpack thing he had in the movie....I know SS did that one already years ago, but an updated version would look cool.....

And I don't see a shoulder holster listed...I know it would be hard to use with him in the full suit...But you could pose him out of the jacket with the holster.....One should have been included....

I might be alone but I appreciate the vehicles more than the figures. I mean to be true to the Bond character, would he collect a high end dolly of himself? Hell no. I could see him rocking a Aston Martin diecast on his desk tho.

I too like that Connery Thunderball look. But it always looks a bit funny when they start making figures with "skin." Clothes often can hind the not-so-nice looking knee and ankle joints. Having said that, Big Chief seems to make great looking figures so I'm sure they figure something out. Even with that minor reservation about the Sideshow figure, I did like their Bond Thunderball figure too.

Is anyone on this forum going to spend the big bucks on these?

I like that they appear to be putting these out in sets of 3. Goldfinger was a perfect movie to start with. Big, colorful characters. I wonder if they'll continue with Bond, villain and henchman or if they'll mix it up depending on movie. Roger Moore's Bond and Jaws would be a good set. But not 100% sure if Stromberg or Drax would be big sellers.

I suppose this is the problem that all Bond figures have. How to successfully expand beyond Bond actors and villains in business suits.

                    Fantastic figure.

If Bond was a primary interest, I'd buy one...
