Yes they are stand-alone issues but they sorta spotlight on characters. Issue 1 deals with Superman/Batman against Mxy & Batmite. Issue 3 deals with a volcano and back story to WW.
What is going to be strange is the Multi-Grain Cheerios, it doesn't have a mascot. Honey Nut Cheerios, Multi-Grain Cheerios, Trix, Lucky Charms and Cocoa Puffs wonder who Trix Bunny & Cocoa are going to be?Visit my wiki site:

I saw 2 of these at Fiesta, Honey Nut and Coco Puffs. Cuckoo Bird is the Flash.

Here is a pic of the comic from Honey Nut Cheerios.
I think it is interesting that the costume in the comic is more accurate to the Mego figure than the Mattel figure.
