    The Lego Batman Movie

Current Rotten Tomatoes Fresh Ratings of 98%...

There are big changes brewing in Gotham, but if Batman (Will Arnett) wants to save the city from the Joker's (Zach Galifianakis) hostile takeover, he may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up. Maybe his superhero sidekick Robin (Michael Cera) and loyal butler Alfred (Ralph Fiennes) can show him a thing or two.

One critic; "Maybe Warner Bros. should make all their DC movies with Legos?"

I'm checking it out...but perhaps after the crowds subside a bit...

I'm so excited for this. My whole family is stoked. The perfect antithesis to the joyless Batman films we've been getting for the last several years. This and Return of the Caped Crusaders are like a breath of fresh air.

It's a guy in a bat-suit...how gritty and realistic should you get?

sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

My wife and I took our 8 year old son on Thursday to see it. It was fun, I liked the Lego Movie more I think, but it's certainly lives up to the first one.

I would be falling down on the job if I didn't mention Cindy, myself and our daughter Dani talked about the Lego Batman Movie, and all the toys and tie-ins on the latest Super Mates.
