    Show off your childhood Megos!

Here is one of my childhood Megos. This is 100% my Hulk, original everything. I got him whilst picking out my fifth birthday present (also a Mego) and remember playing with him during lunch at the Mid-Town Mall.

You can still see the flecks of the epoxy my dad used to fix his arm when i was eight. It was a pretty sloppy job, so in college I scraped it off carefully and used the clip you see now. This was about five years before Dr.Mego, so I should probably upgrade my old friend.

Anyway, if you have anybody left from the sand box days post him up!

Can't wait to get home and snap some pics. I still have all my childhood guys and they're pretty hard looking.

I'll snap a pic or two tonight. I sadly don't have many, but a few survived the purge.

Cool idea! I'll take a pic of my childhood Megos tonight. I wish I had more, but I'm happy that at least some of them have survived all these years.

My childhood Spideys which I painted with a sharpie. Seemed like a good idea at the time.

BTW: The CPK on the right is also an original childhood toy.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

None of my Megos survived my ascent to semi-adulthood , but at least I have this pic from Xmas Eve, 1975. I loved my Trek Megos and playset!

I did the exact same thing as a kid!

                              Wow, thank you every one.

I still remember getting that 12 inch Spidey for Christmas. My mom had taken him out of the box and wrapped him in wrapping paper like a mummy. It was pretty cool.
