    "Premium" bendies?

I have a few of the NJ Croce DC bendies, and they're nice, but I'm not sure about expensive, or "premium" bendies. I guess I think of bendies as cheap rack toys. I mean, if you can't bend them, why not just do plastic statues? Why put the wire armature through them? These don't look bad at all, it's just...a bit odd, I think.

The Keaton Batmobile set is pretty sweet!

Toy Fair’s a-comin’ and I wanted to get a jump start with one of my fave companies, NJ Croce.

As a collector of vintage bendys, these have tempted me (especially that Yonne Craig Batgirl that looks like it could fit right in with the Mego ones!) and I gotta say, they seem to be really upping their game with the format.

Considering most action figures aren't played with and are as Sam Noir likes to state are basically "Nerd Hummels" I kind of get this.

Those are nicely sculpted. Might be an old market they are trying to upgrade. Could be interesting to see what comes down the pike. Those look cool.

I've always liked bendies because they don't have the ugly joints figures have and are somewhat posable, but the poseability was always limited and the look a little off. It's nice to see someone trying to push the format ahead a bit. These don't have the weird look of the old bendies, now if they could just increase the flexibility a bit I think they'd be great toys to collect and for kids to play with.

That 89' Batman bendie can probably move just as much as Michael Keaton could in the costume!

Those look great! Is Red Sonja still a Marvel character?
No exclusives and no chase figures, please - I'm Canadian!

Personally, I am taken with both 6" movie Batman and Red Sonja. Very cool.

No, she's somehow not even a Conan character! I really don't understand that one. To my knowledge Red Sonja was a Marvel derivation of a Robert E. Howard character named Red Sonya. Somehow Marvel didn't get to keep their version, and neither did the current Conan owners!

As much as I would love to get that Aquaman, I am not spending $170 for the set.

Does the NJ stand for "Not Jim?"

                      Asking for a friend.
"If you take a dog which is starving and feed him and make him prosperous, that dog will not bite you. This is the primary difference between a dog and a man."
