Dead-Pool Model

I saw this model at TRU for $29.99 over the weekend. It appears to be scaled to about the same size as the Aurora Comic Scenes models, at least as far as I can tell. One of the boxes was open so I took a peak inside. It comes with a masked and unmasked head. The base also seems to be quite detailed.

I picked one up a few weeks ago...it's on the workbench.
Diamond has an entire model kit line coming, including the incredible Thor kit designed by Joe Jusko that was previously canceled by Round2.
The other kit announced/shown is Iron Man.

Always great to see some nice kits that don't cost an arm and a leg. The Deadpool kit looks pretty sweet and the Thor kit is killer (so glad to see they went with classic, Kirby Thor). Oddly, the one I don't care for is Iron Man. I wish they had chosen to go with classic IM (Colan, Tuska or Romita, Jr.), plus his pose seems kind of awkward. Hopefully if these kits go over well, maybe they'll put out new Cap, Spidey and Hulk kits...
