There's a new "Apes" book due out next month... Not too much information other than story titles & authors as well as a shot of the cover... Here's the link:

That's pretty cool. Reminds me of the Star Wars "Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina" and "Tales From Jabba's Palace" anthology books (and they have Kevin J. Anderson in common as well).

Of course, despite some pretty fun stories I think some of those SW tales mucked-up the franchise's EU more than they added to it.

Just an FYI, the book in my first post ("Planet of the Apes: Tales from the Forbidden Zone") was at Barnes and Noble when I went there today... $14.95 plus tax...
