Is anyone watching Power of the Daleks on BBC America ?

They're showing 1 episode per week Sat Night at 8:30

100% animated with original broadcast soundtrack

Loving it but the animation isn't very good --- it's like Terry Gilliam did it with coloring book pictures

Loving it so far,I disagree with you about the animation though it's pretty decent.
I really wish they would have done it in both b/w and colour.
But so far I'm a huge fan of it.
“When you say “It’s hard”, it actually means “I’m not strong enough to fight for it”. Stop saying its hard. Think positive!”

I've got it DVR'd so far, but am waiting to have a few episodes recorded so I can binge.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

In fact, they did do in in b&w and color. The color version will be available on the Blu-ray when it comes out.

I know the animation is limited, but I'm very pleased to see what the BBC has done with this. It would be great if they could complete all the missing episodes this way and then finally have full seasons available for the early years.

I like it but I hate watching Doctor Who with commercials. I gave up after the second episode and will wait for the DVD. I noticed they moved Episode Three to 11pm which makes me suspect the ratings are not good. I am happy the BBC have made it possible to see this story. The animation may not be perfect but it's better than nothing.

I've been recording them so I can FF through the commercials.

Episode-2 was fantastic and is way better than the first.

The animated episodes are being made available on Amazon Prime as well, for purchase as individual episodes or for the whole run. It's up to Episode 3 now. That's how I've been watching them...and no commercials to sit through.
