Can't Find The Threads On Changing Out 8" Hands

I'm just plain terrible at searching this site. Anybody remember how to change out hands? Or know where the thread explaining this might be?

I guess the forearm pin as well. I need to switch out my bum-knee'd GA, but I only have flesh handed extra bodies. I think the Sprytel link will do the trick. Thanks, all.
