        there was a book called the Alien Project by the brothers brick that gave plans for building a 15 or so inch tall xenomorph.

            Oh my dear lord...that has me salivating, lol.

            I did a little research on the Avo Brothers book...you need to buy about 2000 Lego pieces (1500 for figure, 500 for base)...some a bit hard to find...it would be a monumental task, and an expensive one at that...but it would also be a ton of fun, that's if you have the patience and time.

                There are a few hard to locate pieces; most notably the tubes used for the back, but this is LEGO and there is always something that is pretty close that you can get to work. But, yeah it would be a couple of hundred in loose LEGO to get that many pieces, which is what the Creator kits sell for. The last time I looked, the book was fetching a pretty good price as well.
