I was thinking of making a custom Star Wars original trilogy Stormtrooper. Any ideas what I could use for a helmet? I see a 4 inch pvc figure on e bay that might work.

Pez heads are the right scale for helmeted figures like Boba Fett and Stormtroopers. You can even dremel out the inside to make it fit some of the smaller CTVT heads if you are careful, but the plastic stinks asit gets hot from the friction. I think I used a Galahad head for mine.Comment
