FTC Cyborg head enlargement to 1:6 scale

Here is the first stages of my FTC Cyborg head enlargement to 1:6 scale using Hydrospan 100

First molded the original head using a vacuum chamber and pressure pot, then, after degassing the Hydrospan mixture, carefully poured into the mold and placed that in pressure pot. Head casts are clean and any bubbles you see are inside the head.

    Next step: just add water.

Why is your hydrospan a different color than mine?

So, it doesn't "expire" as soon as they say it does? They say it has a six month shelf life.

very clean. 3d scanning at home won’t come close to these results for another decade...easily. Traditional method is the best way to go for maximum details. Probably the best enlargment The Boy and I did was the Mr Hyde head...I did the grunt work of prepping the head for scanning (basically ruining the original btw)...the hours and hours of scanning on the nextEngine....then Sean did his magic by re-sculpting some of the fine details lost in the process. The final deal was pretty good, but still not as good as this.

I'm very curious what the plan is for the enlarged body armour.

^^^I'll leave that up to the customizer who wants to make the 12" version. I'm just the head enlarger

Most likely that's true. I work inside a clean room lab with industrial strength acids, bases, and solvents. We generally have to move out any expired chemicals intended for production due to auditing and compliance purposes, but the chemicals still work for non-production type things such as cleaning tools and equipment. Now, I don't have hydrospan, nor have I ever used it in my personal life as a hobby, but I imagine it's no different.
