Topstone. Not Just another pretty face

Let's kick off Halloween talking about Topstone shall we?

Topstone started marking masks in the 1950s, I mainly know them for their famous character art. this Wolfman was offered in comic books my entire childhood.

The company closed it's doors in the 1990s and Topstone masks are now highly collectible among passionate collectors.

I still remember how a bin of those smelled, I hope I never forget it.

I was unaware of Topstone as a company until just a few years back, but of course the imagery was there in comics (the werewolf) and other places (the female vampire). And yes, I remember that pungent rubber smell. If you put one on, it would almost overtake you.

I really like that Bat-monster mask. Would make a great start to a Man-Bat cosplay!

Stationary items????? Kind of seems out of line with the rest of their products but then again I don't know much about the company.
