For the "inquiring minds" in the non spoiler thread, and of course general spoiler seekers:
    Ok, here goes...

    Abraham gets the the bat.

    Daryl interferes.

"First ones free"...Glenn gets the bat, too.

Daryl gets a beat down and is taken hostage by Negan.

Rick also gets a beating by the Saviors.

    Like I said...its 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999 confirmed.

Episode breakdown (via SD per DG) 701-708

    701:
Abraham is Lucille'd by Negan. He was the one killed at the end of 616.

At some point, Daryl tries to fight Negan/the Saviors (he jumps out of line). Daryl is subdued. Instead of killing Daryl, Negan decides to take Daryl back with him to Sanctuary. But, to save face with his men, Negan kills Glenn (after all "First one's free") with Lucille. It is not known why Negan spares Daryl, but it likely has something to do with Negan realizing Daryl's place in the group (Rick's "brother"/right hand man?).

At some point ( after Glenn is already dead but not entirely sure), Negan roughs up Rick, then drags him into the RV and takes him on a road trip to the spot where the Saviors hung the man with the spray-painted "X". Rick's hatchet and a machine gun are involved in the scenes in the RV and the log/hanging man location.

It's suspected Rick and Negan have a scuffle in the RV at some point. Rick's hatchet is involved. Rick most likely sees it in the RV and tries to take a crack at Negan. This could be in homage to Negan's line to Rick after the Lucille'ing in the comic, daring Rick to drive his ax into his face.

Walkers were spotted at this location (most likely attracted to the fire); it's suspected Rick has to fight some (so he leaves the RV at some point).

We know during this RV adventure, Negan psychologically tortures Rick.

Throughout the episode, Rick has flashes of the group happy and together in a sort of "future flash" that includes Glenn and Maggie's child.

By the end of the episode, it is clear that Negan owns Rick and the group. Rick is broken. The Saviors kindly give Rick back to the RV to use, but it is clear the RV is not theirs anymore.

Random notes: Negan has Rick's gun, so at some point Negan takes Rick's Colt Python away from him. (Addendum: a rando Savior is currently in possession of it. #FreeKevin)

    702:
This episode focuses on Daryl's captivity at Sanctuary. It also includes Dwight, Sherry, and Negan (since all three were also seen filming for this episode). The trailer indicates we will also get some glimpses of how the Saviors operate (ex: they kneel to Negan when he walks by).

It is implied that the Saviors are trying to "brainwash" Daryl in some way. They mentally and physically torture him. We were given a hint Daryl has to eat dog food sandwiches as part of his punishment.

According to the trailer, it looks like Sherry might talk to Daryl at some point.

Daryl makes an escape attempt at some point, but that **** is shut down.

During this episode, Daryl will receive a beating and possibly dislocate his shoulder.

At some point, there is a chase scene involving Dwight -- but not much is known about it. (I don't believe this is when Daryl tries to escape). It sounds like Dwight is tasked with chasing down a Savior who has decided to run.

    703:
An episode dedicated to the introduction of Ezekiel and the Kingdom. On set were horses, an animatronic tiger (Shiva!), and people adorned in body armor. (Trailer confirms all of this.)

Carol and Morgan are the only "team family" characters in this episode.
It is not really known what is happening in this episode with them. Theres speculation that Morgan mentors one of the kids at the Kingdom. It was also said that Morgan helps some Kingdom folks round up some pigs (the filming location was an old car wash).

According to the trailer, it appears Carol meets Ezekiel in a school auditorium.
She appears to be putting up a front, but it's probable Ezekiel will see right through it. This will most likely play out like Rick and Ezekiel's first meeting from the comic (but obviously with Carol in Rick's place and reacting as Carol would).

At some point, casting call for this episode called for a notable older woman walker with grey hair. It is likely this was for a walker.

There was filming at a house mocked up with a cemetery.
It is unknown what this location was for. Carol, Morgan, and some other Kingdom folk were seen at this location. This creepy house apparently has a lot of stuff going down at it --

    704:
    Negan comes to collect.
The Saviors appear to ransack Alexandria (even taking their mattresses!). A scene was filmed in Olivia's pantry (and we know Olivia, Gabriel, Rick, Negan, and Daryl are involved in the scene). Rick was forced to hold Lucille (just like in the comic).

At some point, there was gunfire and screaming near the Church. We were told Negan was "being a ****."

Daryl was on set in a strange prisoner outfit with an "A" and a strange "I" symbol on it (the "A" stands for "*******").

It looks like Negan drags Daryl along to showcase how broken he is to the group.

Filming also occurred at a remote farm location. It is believed Rosita and Spencer were involved in this scene -- and possibly Michonne. It is suspected Rosita and Spencer were ferreting away from guns to hide from Negan's men.

So, in total, these people were spotted: Rick, Michonne, Carl, Daryl, Spencer, Enid, Gabriel, Rosita, Eugene, Tara, Aaron, Eric, Negan, Dwight, and even baby Judith was reported to be there (if I recall correctly)

    705:
The opening of this episode involves Rick and Michonne (but nothing else is known about what they're doing), but it sounds like they both go on missions outside of Alexandria. After they leave, Carl slips away (to take Enid to Hilltop). It is suspected neither Rick nor Michonne know Carl left.

Carl is out and about with Enid at a remote location (gas station) with "extras" (possible walkers). Source quipped the gas station had an "undead problem", so it's likely Carl (and maybe Enid) clear it out.

On filming one day, witnesses from The Walking Dead Spoilers saw Carl with walkers and Saviors. Carl appeared to drive over walkers with a car.

Filming at Hilltop so far has included Maggie, Sasha, Jesus, Ogg's Lead Savior (Simon) and Gregory -- but we don't know anything else about what is going on since it's at the Studio.

It does sound like Maggie (and/or Sasha) will confront Gregory at some point about what happened to her and the group. She'll want to know all the information Gregory has and whether he had anything to do with it. (A moment like this happened in the comic except with Rick and Gregory).

Ogg's Lead Savior (Simon) is also at Hilltop to collect supplies. In the trailer, it looks like he brings a posse of Saviors with him.

According to the trailer, it looks like Hilltop gets attacked at some point (unless that is a flashback sequence). There's walkers and things are set on fire.

Jesus winds up in one of the Savior supply trucks to sneak to the Sanctuary.

Carl is also stashed away in this truck (as he sees it while with Enid at Hilltop and decides to take the opportunity to strike back). Woohoo Carl and Jesus getting some of their comic material!

    706:
This appears to be a Tara bottle episode. Heath also appears in this episode (per the season 7 trailer). This is most likely what happened during their two week run.

In the episode, there will be the introduction of two new characters (casting calls Naomi and Jennie). One is a grandmotherly type ("Naomi", real name unknown), the other is a teenager ("Jennie", who actually has the initials D.M. in the show). It was implied that among them would also be a younger girl named Mimi (according to spec). It is suspected their story will be touched upon later in this season since "Jennie" is slated to appear in 7B.

Deborah May is slated to play "Naomi". Sydney Parks is slated to play "Jennie"/D.M.

Lots of creepy sand walkers in this episode.

At some point, Tara will be at a gift shop with some walkers (she presumably handles them). Tara also has a scene near a bridge with Naomi, Jennie, and possibly some other female characters.

Suspicion dictates Heath and Tara get separated at some point, and then Tara is possibly pursued by this other group of newcomers. Heath's whereabouts after this episode are unknown.

Eugene and Rosita greet Tara at the ASZ gates, presumably when she gets back. There was also a scene filmed at the infirmary (one can only assume this has to deal with Tara grieving Denise's death but perhaps Tara is injured).

    707:
Jesus and Carl were filming around Negan's trucks during this episode. (yeaaah!) Father Gabriel was rumored to be filming, but it's not known what he is doing.

Eugene and Rosita are chillin' at the bullet factory. Presumably making ammo.

There is speculation that Negan burns off someone's face with an iron in this episode (possibly Mark or some Savior in a similar role just like in the comic). Jesus might make a brief appearance at the Sanctuary as he was filming there on July 14th. In fact, this may follow the comics pretty closely (introduction to the harem, maybe even "You are my sunshine" but let's hope not on that second part).

Michonne has a fight with an unknown brunette during this episode (uh oh); she also has a scene nearby the mattresses piled up on Crook Rd.

AL filmed at the studio on Tues (July 19), but it doesn't sound like he was at any of the "communities" (Sanctuary, Hilltop, or Kingdom); on the day he was filming, Ross Marquand (Aaron) was also at the studio. It appears as though Rick and Aaron are together. It suspected Rick is on a run being good little worker bee for Negan (just like in the comic).

Negan arrives back at the ASZ with Carl in tow. Olivia, Spencer, Eugene, Rosita, and baby Judith are also at the safe zone. Rick doesn't appear to be back yet. Uh oh. It's possible the comic "guts" scene could play out soon. Sounds like Spencer isn't endearing himself to Negan -- and, if the trailer is any indication, Spencer isn't too happy with Rick's leadership. It's very possible Negan makes himself at home. Maybe he even acquaints himself with baby Judith.

    708:
Sounds like it's where 707 left off. Carl, Negan, Olivia, Spencer, Eugene, Rosita, Gabriel, and Tobin are in the safe zone.

Rick and Aaron are still out scavenging for supplies for Negan (which they were doing in 707). Michonne is also still on a mission of some sort. She "convinces" a brunette woman (the one she fights in 707) to give her a ride to somewhere.

Carol, Morgan, and "Rogers" (suspected to be Richard) are at the creepy house from 703. It's not known what they are doing there.

By all accounts, it looks like the events between Spencer and Negan at the ASZ will remain relatively the same as they were in the comic. Negan guts Spencer after Spencer tries to turn on Rick (by convincing Negan to kill Rick and put him in charge of Alexandria). At some point, Negan gets a shave while at Alexandria.

Rick, Michonne, and Aaron make it back to the safe zone -- possibly right before or during Spencer's gutting.

There was a night shooting with at least Rick and Gabriel. It apparently had an unknown character coming up to the ASZ gates.

It sounds like all the communities will feature in this episode in some capacity.

***I will post the remaining episode break downs a bit later.

Okay...two 701 breakdowns basically from the same source.

    SEASON 7 EPISODE 1 SPOILERS
    WARNING EPISODE NOT YET AIRED

The 2nd episode apparently is 7.3, the Kingdom. Called "The Well" and will be 76 minutes long.

This thread is how I see 7.1 going. I'll add to it as I go...

We see the cold open which is the Negan/Rick trailer that was recently released. It is just after Negan whacks out Abe and Glenn. That's been dissected to death, so I'm not going over that now.

Negan throws Rick into the RV and drives the axe into the table. Then Negan tries to drive the RV like a mofo. Negan gets behind the wheel and starts to drive.

Negan mocks Rick about him threatening to kill him. Negan dares him to get that axe and come get him. Rick, being Rick, does just that. Negan confronts him with a machine gun. Rick backs down- wise move.

They take off again, and now Rick starts his dream state, thinking about people in the lineup, and then the lineup folks starting to set up a party/tables back at ASZ.

Negan pulls up to the burning logs on the burning log road and shuts her down. He grabs the axe and opens the door of the RV. Walkers are now around the RV, attracted by the fire/smoke. Negan pops his way clear with Lucille, then tosses the axe on the roof. He tells Rick to go get his axe.
Negan basically tosses Rick out of the RV into the walker fest.

Rick still has these "dreams" of the garden party starting up and everyone starting to come together. Doing all sorts of family-oriented stuff. It's also mixed in with shots of the lineup folks back in the lineup as well...
In between these dreams, he's fighting walkers all around the RV but it's so smoky and dim, he cannot even find the RV. He fights with several walkers all burnt up and stuff. He FINALLY makes it to the RV and recognizes the ladder to the roof. As he climbs, walkers want him down. He kicks his way free to the top and lands on top of the RV.

He looks around and sees the hanging man, now a walker (or hanger), just a few feet away from him. Just hanging there, struggling around. He keeps thinking about the party folks (even baby Gleggie), then they're back in the lineup, back to reality, back to the hopeless feelings. This basically recycles for everyone in the lineup.

Rick is cracking now. He's crumpling down on top of the RV. Ready to cry.

Now, we go back in a flashback- the LVs...a lot of it through Rick's eyes.

Negan goes through his eenie meenie spiel and the bat ends up on Abe!

You can cry, hell you're all going to be doing that....Abe goes all stoic, ready to accept his fate.

WHACK! Abe takes it on the skull, Negan is amazed Abe still is kinda still with us.

Abe manages to get one more Abe-ism in there. He wants Negan to suck his nuts. [You go boy!]

All the while, taking it like a champ.

WHACK! Abe goes down, and then, well, you know the rest. Bloody goo.

Negan pummels his head. Rick looks on, stunned, obviously.

Afterwards, Negan shows Rosita his bloody Lucille. She doesn't want to look at it, but he demands she do so.

Daryl is fuming/burning. In Negan's mid-sentence, Daryl jumps up and clocks Negan's *** and knocks him to the ground. Dwight and another Savior grab Daryl and tackle him.

Aw HELL no! Negan's not a Daryl fan right now. That isn't the way to make friends in the clearing.

Rick basically calls off the dogs and gets Daryl to stop. Negan takes note of the relationship.

Dwight kicks Daryl back into the lineup.

First one was free. This one won't be. Negan explains how the **** works. Has to make the right impression.

Instantly, Negan brings up the bat over Daryl, then turns and whacks the **** out of Glenn. Then again bashing in the top of his skull. Glenn spits out his comic book lines trying to call out to Maggie. Negan spits out his comic lines about his eye looking gross as ****. He turns to Maggie and basically acts sorry about having to do all this. Then...back to work. As noted...no exceptions.

Then it gets graphic. You probably already got a good idea. Brain soup.

Another Negan comic line about the vampire. Then he's back in front of Rick...what, was the joke that bad?

Flashback over-- back on top of the RV where Rick is....

Rick starts to feel crushed as he gets back to reality mode. Rick sees the axe, feeling ****ed.

Negan wants his axe. Rick has to move as bullets from the machine gun start tearing up through the roof of the RV from inside. Rick grabs the axe and runs and jumps off the RV onto the hanging bridge guy that now is a walker.

Now Rick is periodically having constructed, sort of quick, flashbacky scenes in his head about how Negan is now Lucilling people in the lineup. The cracking has commenced.

Rick is hanging on the walker trying to climb up and keep from the walkers below from getting him. But the weight is too great and the hanging dude starts to come apart! Ewww!

Then machine gun fire is taking out walkers below. Negan is in the RV, like we see in one of the trailers, shooting walkers trying to help Rick get his axe.

The dead guy gives way and part of the guy, Rick, and the axe go flying to the ground. Rick gets up looking around and obviously has to fend off more walkers until he finds the axe again.

More scenes of Lucilling the lineup goes through Rick's head.

Rick is all over the place fighting walkers, the smoke making finding the RV difficult again. The horn is honked so he can follow the sound. He finally gets to the RV and the walkers are up on him...door is locked. More walkers. He's doomed. At the last second, the door opens and Negan yanks him inside.

Obviously, Negan is amazed and pleased that Rick got "his" axe. Back to the clearing they go.

Obviously the axe is dirty. Negan cleans it and gives it back to Rick right before Negan makes a grand re-entrance to the group and tosses Rick out the door again.

Negan drags Rick back to the lineup. He's mad because all that was supposed to break Rick. It didn't quite work that way.

Now, back in the clearing, Negan is mad about the way Rick looked at him the whole time up to even now. He knows Rick ain't there yet...

Negan asks if he should give Rick another chance. Rick, of course, agrees. Negan needs some insurance apparently, so he has Simon point guns at the back of everyone in the lineup's head.

Negan wants Carl up where he is. Uh-oh...Negan pulls off his belt. Carl comes over, Negan wraps it around his arm and makes him lay on the ground. Simon gives him a sharpie marker and makes a deliberate mark on Carl's forearm. Rick pleads with Negan. Negan isn't interested. Negan orders Rick to cut off Carl's arm at the mark. Not to worry, Negan has a doctor that could save Carl.

Negan directs Rick down to where Carl is. Gotta do it now, or Negan will Lucille him, swinging Lucille around Carl's head.

Rick begs to make it be him. Negan declines. My way or the highway basically. Only one choice here. Rick doesn't do it. Negan brings up Lucille...

Negan starts a backwards count of 3. Rick starts to crack. He pleads with Negan again.

    Two.

Carl accepts his fate. Not trying to show fear.

    One.

Rick starts to do it, broken, crying like a little *****. Then at the last second, Negan stops him. Negan has done it. Rick is literally owned. Negan takes the axe. Then points at Daryl. Negan orders Dwight to take Daryl with them. Threatens if Rick tries to not follow the rules, that he'll cut off little pieces and send them to him, or bring him by so Rick can do it.

Then Negan starts to leave, then says he'll leave them a truck to get and haul all the **** they'll get for him. One week...they'll come a knockin'. Says his signature goodbye line from the comic.

As Saviors leave, a couple take polaroids of the bodies. Like the ones that Glenn saw on the wall in the outpost. Rick just stands there with his axe. Stunned. Totally broken.

They load the bodies in the truck and they still got to get Maggie to see the doctor. Maggie is so broken and weak. They all leave and Rick drives off in the RV, Sasha and Maggie and the bodies go to HT. The garden party with everyone at the table floats through Rick's mind. As things might have turned out, but won't. Rick spies a walker coming out of the woods in the RV rearview mirror. The walker drops to his knees to get ready to eat the brains and goo on the ground where the bodies were. Rick glances away, still obviously shaken.

This is from our friends at [Name Redacted]

"The first Lucille victim is Abraham. He was "it" in 6.16 LDOE. As for trying to get to Abraham, nobody except Daryl moves from their places. They are clearly afraid someone else will die if they do.

Glenn does die because Daryl tries to hit some people after seeing Abraham's death. But it wasn't because Negan was ****ed off. Negan doesn't get ****ed off easily, but he is a ****ing psychopath.

Negan kills Glenn because he wants to show his prisoners he keeps his word. If you remember, in 6.16, he said when Glenn lunged towards him and Maggie "The first offense is free. But I will shut that **** down, no exceptions." Daryl trying to hit some people is that second offence (1st being Glenn lunging in LDOE)

After Abe’s death, Negan forces Rosita to look at Lucille covered with Abraham’s blood and brain matter. This is when Daryl freaks out and gets angry trying to hit Saviors. It isn’t personal or about Rosita; Daryl would have reacted the same had it been Michonne, Maggie or any of the group.

Michonne, Maggie and Sasha couldn't do much except helplessly watch and cry.

There is no hallucination sequence or a dream sequence, and certainly not from Rick as far as that dinner table is concerned. This scene happens between scene with Maggie standing alone (before heading for Hilltop) and the scene when Rick picks up the axe and enters the van. Nobody was hallucinating anything.Just a quick mental image is all.

This scene refers to what Negan tells Rick: "Bet you thought you were all gonna grow old together, sittin' around the table at Sunday dinner and the happily ever after. No. Doesn't work like that, Rick. Not any more." He says it in the beginning of the episode and also at the end, as a voice over, just a moment before that dinner scene.

That scene was what Negan tells Rick, that he probably thought everyone will grow old together and sit at the dinner table, but it doesn't work like that any more. Especially because just moments prior to that scene we hear that repeated from the beginning of the episode.

Rick has flashbacks of people that were there with him taken prisoners by Negan, but no hallucinations. In one scene at the end we see the dinner table outside with all the people from the group and possibly some from Alexandria. Glenn and Abe sit at the head of the table with Glenn holding a baby, presumably his and Maggie's child.

The scene plays out just before group is heading back. Maggie and Sasha go to Hilltop (so Maggie can get care ) and the rest to Alexandria.

Nobody blames Rick and there are no altercations within Team Family at all. Everyone is simply too shocked and traumatized Nobody says much when Negan leaves them, although Maggie tells Rick he has to go to Alexandria and get all their people and prepare to fight Negan and his goons. She is understandably devastated, but neither she nor anybody say a word to blame Rick for anything.

After all that Negan does to Rick mentally, the issue of guilt is kind of a side story.

Negan doesn’t hurt Rick physically, but he does hurt him mentally - a lot. In six seasons Rick hasn’t looked so defeated. Not because he would be afraid for himself, but for Carl. Negan does make Rick take an axe and cut off Carl's left hand, which he ALMOST does to save the rest of the group.

Michonne tries to stop Negan from making Rick cut off Carl's hand by saying "You don't need to do this, we understand" to which Negan replies something like "Oh, yes, I know YOU understand. But I am not sure Rick here understands."

Negan knows exactly which buttons to push. He takes Rick for a ride in RV - not to beat him up, but to show him how the things are now and that Rick is basically his ***** now. And Negan uses Rick's loyalty to the group against him.

Negan establishes himself as top dog & breaks Rick into submission by giving him a choice to either cut off Carl’s hand or he will kill every member of the group. The ultimate purpose of this is "You are mine. You work for me. You provide for me." and making Rick submit to him.

Negan takes Daryl prisoner so that he can have leverage over Rick and his group. If Rick were to even think about doing anything, Negan will cut Daryl to pieces. He chooses Daryl because he says: "I like him. He's got balls. Not like some ***** I know" referring to Rick of course.

General impression of the episode:This was the most brutal episode of the show so far.

The level of brutality throughout the whole episode is just staggering, even for TWD standards. Very, very dark.

The episode is 43 minutes long.

Characters who do not appear in this episode include Morgan, Tara and Jesus at the time of posting the spoilers.

Spoilers are correct at the time of posting although of course changes can always be made." Little birds posted the info and Staff have verified the spoilers

None at all if you choose to see it that way
certainly not my intention for reposting it or i think, but am prepared to be wrong about that ,the original poster intent on the sideshow boards .
it was well received on there and provided a lot of discussion about the direction the season would follow after the "cliffhanger" was resolved ,and though some on here would find it interesting
Like i said read it, don't read it
delete it , don't delete it
no sweat off my knackers either way

          LAST CHANCE MASSIVE SPOILERS BELOW

          .
          .

Q&A Episode 7.8 "Hearts Still Beating"

What's going on at the Hilltop?

Maggie and Gregory have some words with each other. He seems jealous that people at Hilltop are talking about Maggie and Sasha and how great they are. Sasha lies to Maggie about Jesus' whereabouts. Enid knows the truth and questions Sasha about her lie.

Does Rick see Negan holding Judith?

No, he does not return in time for that. He does find out that Carl went to the Sanctuary however.

What happens with Rick and Aaron after they return to ASZ?

A couple Saviors go through their haul, and then beat the holy crap out of Aaron while Rick is forced to watch.

Does Spencer get the guts to ask Negan about getting rid of Rick as the leader?

He does, and Negan initially disagrees that he has guts, until he slices Spencer’s abdomen open, finding them. This all happens during a game of pool with several onlookers.

Does Rick witness Negan gutting Spencer?

No. He is helping Aaron to his house when they hear the shot from Rosita's gun ring out. By the time Rick gets to the pool table Spencer and Olivia are both dead.

          How does the episode end?

Rick and the ASZ gang go to Hilltop to talk with Maggie, and Rick admits Maggie was right from the start. Surprise! Daryl is there! Rick and Daryl hug it out and Daryl presents Rick with his Python that he retrieved from Dead Joey. Very sweet reunions all around. Rick finally has his fight back and the group is ready to push forward against Negan.

Then later on a shadowy figure hangs out at night peering at Father Gabriel standing watch at ASZ through binoculars. It shows their boots, the same ones that followed Rick and Aaron from the pond area. The figure starts off walking toward ASZ and disappears into the dark.

            And....

Summary of MSF 7.08 "Hearts Still Beating"

The 90 minute episode happens at Alexandria, The Kingdom, Sanctuary Hilltop and the place where Rick and Aaron found the supplies in the last episode.

Hilltop Grgeorgy is talking to Maggie who looks like she despises him.

ASZ Negan has made himself right at home and is shaving with Carl and Judith sitting in the room with him.
Afterwards Negan is cooking. Who taugh Carl how to make biscuit dough?

Olivia has to bring Negan the lemonade he demanded she make him. After all that happened in the last episode, she has an obvious panic attack before she has to go to meet him. Tara brings her the can of lemonade poweder and helps Olivia compose herself, just as in the sneak peek.

Looks as though Negan, Carl, Judith and Olivia will have a lunch together waiting for Rick and the others to return. Negan wants Rick to be there to have lunch with them too, but he doesn't come back in time. He tells Carl "I'm not waiting for your dad any more. I don't know where the hell he is, but Lucille is hungry" That meal isn't going to be an easy one for Carl or Olivia to digest.

Caches Pond Rick and Aaron want to get the supply caches guarded by walkers. The problems are the caches are at the far side of the pond from them, the water is full of walkers (or is that "swimmers") and the only boat is full of bullet holes. Rick is determined to find a way to get through.

ASZ Back at Alexandria, Arat, the woman Savious Negan brought with him, has her eye on Spencer, not seemingly not for lemonade.

The Kingdom Carol! She's reading a book in her small house. Morgan came over to deliver her some food, putting it in front of the door, so she invites him inside. She called Morgan to come visit her, asks him how he is and then tells him "How are you?" He says "good" and then she says, "Now you can go".

A guy, Richard, shows up with more fruit and vegetables for Carol but says he has to speak with both Carol and Morgan.

Caches Pond Rick and Aaron have problems in the bullet hole-filled boat. It is fuilling up with water quickly and walker start surrounding the leaky boat. It looks like Aaron hgets swarmed and is a goner but he turns up safe after all.

The Sanctuary Daryl got some note that says "go now". Is it another Negan trap for him or is it real? Daryl takes the chance and is trying to escape. He sneaks into somebody's (Dwight's?) room, takes their clothes and now sits on the couch eating something.

Seems like Daryl is going to **** up somebody on his way out of The Sanctuary.

Caches Pond Rick and Aaron got their supplies so they start chatting about life.

Female Saviour's car Michonne is in the the car with the female Saviour she captured in the last episode who she is forcing to drive her to Negan's compound.

Hilltop Sasha brings Maggie an apple pie. Enid is staying with Maggie.

The Kingdom Ricjard tells Carol he came to her because Ezekiele likes and trusts her just like he does with Morgan. Richard wanted to talk with them both toegther. Richard wants The Kindgon to go after Negan and The Saviours with Carol and Morgan helping make the Kingdom side plan. Richard says he wants to convince Ezekiel to take out The Saviours.

Alexandria Father Gabriel has a chat with Rosita about her going to kill Negan. Her anger hasn't stopped Spencer from inviting her over to dinner and she agrees to go. This is not going to be a good day for Spencer.

The Kingdom After hearing out Richard, Carol doesn;t want to take part in attacking The Saviours. She was their hostage last season of course and was lucky to get away with Maggie. Carol still wants to be left alone by everone and not get involved.

The Sanctuary Daryl kills Fat Joey on his way out of the Sanctuary, but Jesus saw him do it as he coming up behind a truck when it happened.

ASZ Spencer goes to meet Negan. He wants to "get closer to THEM"

Close to the Sanctuary Michonne finally sees the compound and seems surprised by how big it is and how many Saviours it can hold.

ASZ Rick and Aaron arrive back in Alexandria. Spencer and Negan are drinking on the porch like new best buddies. Spencer is, as usual, trying to badmouth Rick, this time to Negan.

Some Saviours beat the crap out of Aaron for nothing at all except because they can, just like at The Kingdom.

Spencer goes too far with his backstabbing and whining, so Negan kills him for trying to convince him to Kill Rick and let Spencer take over Alexandria as the new leader. Negan likes his rules and loyalty and Rick was out there gathering supplies as ordered while Spencer just stayed home.

Rosita pulls her gun and shoots at Negan in front of the huge group of Saviours. The bullet hits Lucille though, not Negan, just like in the comic. Carl's bullet it was in the comic.

Negan asks who made the bullet so Rosita says it was her. Negan thinks she is lying and tells Arat to kill someone of her choosing. Arat kills Olivia.

Rick shows up. negan tells him about Carl hiding in the truck and killing two Saviours and what Spencer tried to pull off.

Tara says she made the bullet, not Rosita, but Eugene steps up and admits the bullet is his work, not either of the women. Negan decides to take Eugene back to The Sanctuary since he has useful skills. Negan leaves as Rick looks shaken.

Spencer turns into a walker, so Rick puts him down, the last of the Monroe Family to die. Michonne tells Rick there are more Saviours than they ever thought or even guessed. They are not even close to Saviour numbers. Michonne is trying to inspire Rick to fight Negan and The Saviours.

There is another great Richonne kiss!

Hilltop Rick and Carl arrive with some of the other ASZ group. Rick tells Maggie he "couldn't hear her before" at the end of the premiere when she told him to rally the troops to fight, but he can hear her now.

Surprise! Daryl is at Hilltop too and he shares a touching hug with Rick. Everyone hugs and it feels like things are about to change for the better now. Rosita and Sasha acknowledge each other again.

Daryl gives Rick back his Python which he stole from the Saviours. Rick is more like his old self again with the weight of being under Negan's control hone in the moment. Everybody looks hopeful.

The whole group, including Jesus, head off towards the house where Gregory lives. Looks like Gregory's days of being in charge of Hilltop are numbered and ending.

average joe is back with more possible spoilers

I just read this. It's from a trusted source:

Recently we have been hearing a lot of whispers about Sasha dying in the season 7 finale. We've been waiting for more confirmation before we shared what we heard. Well, by now I'm sure you've already seen the news about Sonequa's new lead role in Star Trek. This is enough for us to believe the information we received about her death is accurate.

We heard multiple versions of how her death supposedly goes down. However, there's a common theme of Sasha sacrificing herself in a failed attempt to take out Negan. Once we feel more confident in which version actually plays out on the show we will provide those details.

In addition, we have also heard rumors that Michael Cudlitz was sneaky sneaky and actually came back to film scenes for the finale. We think they might be some kind of dream sequence or flashback that has something to do with Sasha's death scene.

                Spoiler Tidbits 7B

                1. Father Gabriel - We already know Father G ends up at the junkyard after being spied on by Boots. It's suspected that Boots (Tamiel) will kidnap Father G along with a bunch of supplies. Rick, Aaron, Tara, Rosita, and Michonne appear to be the ones that go searching for him and find the GPK at the very end of episode 9. We have already stated that this group will first become allies and then turn on Team Family in the finale.

                2. The leader of the trash people (GPK as monikered by Dr. Grimes) is a female named Jadis.

                3. We have heard nothing about Morgan or any main characters dying in the finale besides Sasha.

                4. In the version of Sasha's death that we think is accurate, Negan does NOT kill Sasha. We haven't heard anything about her being pregnant. Only that there is a flashback/dream sequence with Abe and Sasha talking.

                5. Haven't heard anything about hidden guns in graves. If I had to guess, that grave from the promos might turn out to be Richard's.

                6. We have heard Rick and Rosita might get shot, but the injuries don't seem to be serious.

                7. Shiva was filming in the finale and there is a good chance she will come in at the right time and kill some Saviors to help save Team Family.

                8. From what we currently understand it does not look like the finale will end on a cliffhanger. It looks likes the season will end with everyone rallying together, ready for all out war. There were multiple reports of a male giving a speech (sources say it was Ezekiel) followed up loud rallying cheers.

                9. The fight between Richard and Daryl apparently is a draw - or a tie as expressed in a meme.

He (Daryl) stops before Richard kills him.

No, Richard doesn't kill him (Daryl). He was GOING to kill him with a gun and Daryl was going to kill Richard with his crossbow (that Richard gave him). Almost a Mexican standoff.

Daryl does give Richard an ultimatum...basically if he even thinks of hurting Carol he'll kill him.
