      Hmmm.
Getting the feeling it'll be about as good as all the other DW christmas specials, which isn't saying much.

An actual new season this year would've been nice.

Yeah, I hate getting shorted on Doctor Who like we did this year. And not even any mid-year specials like we've had in the past, either.

This does look like an interesting premise for a Christmas Special, though. A superhero in Doctor Who? Interesting.

Look what happens when you aren't allowed to play with "dolls"...

Imagine a crossover with Arrow, SG, Flash, and Legends. If we can have Ape Lanterns anything is possible.

Well, that was probably the only DW xmas special I've ever actually enjoyed fully.
Loved all the comic book and comic book movie references.
            Capaldi was great, as always.

Looking forward to FINALLY getting some new WHO! After 364 days, my WHO appetite is ready for a new season, but I'm usually always pretty entertained by the Christmas specials.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Loved seeing Capaldi again. Always a treat.

I rarely enjoy the Christmas special, and this has to be my least favorite of them all.
Btw, can The Doctor now "jump" through time and space without the Tardis, or hail it like a cab? Because he moved from location to location faster than a speeding bullet.

I normally enjoy the Xmas specials, but this one left me cold. Not bad, but it just didn't do it for me. I found the american guy (the nanny/ Ghost) to be very stale and unmoving. I did enjoy Capaldi and Nardole however.

I agree this one was a little off. Didn't really have a Christmas vibe and also having someone like the Ghost exist in the Who universe is as absurb as the moon being a large dragon egg.

I loved it. Best one Capaldi has done, in my opinion. But Superman: The Movie is my favorite film, and this was a big ol' love letter to it. DC/WB, take notes on this one.

Didn't see it - had to downgrade my cable

From what I hear I don't think I've missed much

Was never a fan of DW Christmas specials except Christmas Invasion (and only because it was a regeneration episode)

Matt Smith's excellent final moments as the Doctor puts "The Time of the Doctor" above almost all others, in my opinion.
