Hmmm.
Getting the feeling it'll be about as good as all the other DW christmas specials, which isn't saying much.
An actual new season this year would've been nice.PUNY HUMANS!Comment

This does look like an interesting premise for a Christmas Special, though. A superhero in Doctor Who? Interesting.

Imagine a crossover with Arrow, SG, Flash, and Legends. If we can have Ape Lanterns anything is possible.Comment

Well, that was probably the only DW xmas special I've ever actually enjoyed fully.
Loved all the comic book and comic book movie references.
Capaldi was great, as always.PUNY HUMANS!Comment

Looking forward to FINALLY getting some new WHO! After 364 days, my WHO appetite is ready for a new season, but I'm usually always pretty entertained by the Christmas specials.sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.Comment

Loved seeing Capaldi again. Always a treat.
I rarely enjoy the Christmas special, and this has to be my least favorite of them all.
Btw, can The Doctor now "jump" through time and space without the Tardis, or hail it like a cab? Because he moved from location to location faster than a speeding bullet..

I normally enjoy the Xmas specials, but this one left me cold. Not bad, but it just didn't do it for me. I found the american guy (the nanny/ Ghost) to be very stale and unmoving. I did enjoy Capaldi and Nardole however.Mortui Vivos Docent
