    1966 Batman Pin Mates

As a lover and collector of the Fisher Price Little People, this whole venture is developing into a problem for me. I expect my corpse will be found under a mountain of these happy little people.

I love that they gave the 66 Batman different ears than the normal "sculpt".

    Very tempting!

Now, how about the FP-Style '66 Batmobile, with two little round holes for the figures to "sit" in.

And then, the fold-up Batcave (picturing something like the FP village playset) with a batpole with a little stand attached for the figures to slide down.

Man, four-year-old me is just jumping up and down at the idea of this and Star Trek . . . just a few decades too late . . .

I was Little People crazy when I was a kid. Crossing them with Batman is pure goodness.

Thanks for posting about these, Brian. Looks like they're doing quite a few DC characters...

They look good....a nice mix of characters and not just the usual suspects. I'll pass on this line, but glad to see new product coming out.

Joined the Pin Mate party today...

Way itty bittier that I'd pictured them in my mind, and so much the better for it! Bonkers cheap on Amazon, presently.

I fear there might be a Batmobile in my near future.

Well done, BBP! Now, has anybody seen Alfred? Bruce's jacket needs polishing.

May I ask who the giant Pin Mate is next to Batman?

This is a cool set indeed, and love the group shot.

She's the only surviving member of my old '75 Fisher-Price Floating Family set:

The chunky figures were known as Jumbo Little People.

Yes, super fun! Glad you like my snaps.

Here's a head-on crop from the same pleasant afternoon:

Cesar's hidden moustache came out particularly clearly in this one!

Very cool. The jumbo figure fits in. Maybe like a supersized villain.

                            Hey, Jasons!

When can we expect the Wayne Manor / Batcave duel playset? I love that you're including those exclusive Alfred and Aunt Harriet pins, and you guys get 1000 bonus points for the Shakespeare bust micro pin idea! Oh, using a slide to represent the Batpole was some good thinking, too. VERY Fisher-Price.

Is the police HQ rooftop set still due for the spring? I can't hardly wait to play with my new Chief O'Hara, Commissioner Gordon and Barbara pins. Interesting design on that wooden Bat Signal, by the way.

Pretty excited to see that the TV clan is growing a bit next month:

Although not based on the series, this rum-rum fits in nicely, anyway:

My own Batfam has grown a bit since I last posted, too:

The 'extra' versions hail from the funny pages, not the boob tube, but I'm happy to allow them all to hang out together.
