I need a minor restringing done on my female body

It's just from one leg to the other, through the hips. I tried it before, but I couldn't get a good degree of tightness. It was probably the elastic, but that was the last I had, and I haven't had a chance to get more.

Can anyone here do a good job, and make it just tight enough, yet retain flexibility?
