EMCE Frankenstein Boots

Does anyone know of any way to obtain the boots used on the EMCE DST Frankenstein figure from series 1?

Other than, obviously, of obtaining the figure and scalping them off of it?

weren't they also used for the Twilight Zone "To Serve Man" alien? I don't think they were ever used for anything else or sold loose.

I think the To Serve Man figure is similar, but they were more like slippers... not boots.
