As crazy as this sounds, for continuity purposes, I wouldn't mind Hayden Christansen. He's not going to have to deliver dialog, since Jones is going to do that, and he knows how to sword fight, so why not?

Yeah, I'd be down for that fine. Gee whiz... Give the poor guy some slack. It's not his fault he had to read lines written by George Lucas. I place more blame for the prequels at Lucas' feet than Hayden.

Sorry, he was even worse in movies like Jumper which Lucas had nothing to do with. Lucas made a poor choice in casting him, but the dreadfulness of his performance is all on Hayden and his talent, or lack thereof.

Exactly.
Hayden sucks, period. He's a friggin actor (and a bad one at that)...he's not beyond criticism, he's not Gahandi or Mother Theresa for Christ's sakes, lol...
Lucas might not be perfect himself, but he CREATED STAR WARS!!!
You put Hayden in the new ones...it will be the automatic DEATH of the Star Wars franchise.
BTW my rant is not directed at any of you...this is purely my own personal take on Hayden himself, no one else here...but him...
Trailer looks good. That's all I needed to know.
And I do have to disagree about Christensen. Most of what I disliked about the prequels was done by Lucas. His story, his directing (or lack of it), his words. Don't blame everything on the guy delivering the lines. Not even Laurence Olivier could save an Ed Wood script.

Sorry, I know I'm in the minority and I realize that it's almost sacrilegious but I really think I'm over Star Wars at this point. This trailer did nothing for me. I hope it's cool and everyone enjoys it but I think I'm going to give it a miss.
Should see all the nit picking being done in one article on Yahoo. Especially the Star Destroyer over the planet. Guess they never saw all of the big ships the Rebels had on Hoth? They had to get on the planet somehow. They were also complaining about the scene with the TIE Fighter. Which makes me wonder if they've even seen any of the other Star Wars movies.
