Yeah I am rarely impressed by their head sculpts, as I said from the very beginning FTC stands for For The Customizer.. rip the body and head off and use the costume.

Mixed emotions.
I agree with most what was said about the sculpt, but I also find the neck a bit short and the hips a bit "too much".
Not bad, but this could have been better....

One more time, using Teemu's 1966 Batgirl as a reference instead of the FTC prototype shots...
FTC Batgirls 2.jpg
FTC Batgirls 3.jpg
I am going with similar, but brand new sculpt.
And FTC, The Farrow (if he did it) can do a decent, open mouth female head sculpt. I like this Catwoman, even with the jaw issue:

I think the Batgirl sculpt matches the reference picture it is show with, but that's a 2D picture, not 3D. The translation is too 1:1 and was not sculpted for a 3D model.Comment

I've seen enough prototypes to know that it's worth waiting for a production piece before I make a final call on the quality of the total product. For myself, this happens allot with FTC figures. I'll see the prototype which offers one indication, then the production piece comes in with it's own qualities. Plus FTC, for reasons I've never understood, does not always photograph these figures with a great deal of thought to presentation. So I don't take these early pics as the last word on their appearance.Comment
