Not being familiar with NG source material, I enjoyed the episode more after watching the behind the scenes intel at the end. The whole riff on - we're going to do it just like he wrote it - contextualized the disjointed styles throughout for me. I also like that each ep will begin with a "Coming to America" which was quite fun.

This show has really been excellent. I thought this past Sunday's ep was the best yet..

I agree wholeheartedly, SS. This show is weird, twisted, funny, sad and even downright pornographic at times, but it's totally mesmerizing (to me) the same way the first season of TRUE DETECTIVE was. Wasn't sure at first if I was going to enjoy the Laura Moon-centric episode, but it ranks right up there with the prior three installments. Without giving anything away, the connections between this episode and episode one blew my mind!! If you have a chance to catch this show, you really should.
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

Yes, probably the most out there, strange, odd, controversial, fantastical, original, weirdest show on TV right now...it's like taking an acid trip without the acid, lol...
