    I'd like to see an example of one used to paint the mego size head hair on, and the face details.

      Here's an example of a paint mask for some eyebrows. This is the kind of thing I'm trying to make. I just need to know the process, to know if it's possible for me to make one.

      These are for Barbie.

      It takes a few to do one face. All the different colors take different masks. The eyes take the most.

          Ill echo what everyone else is saying. Vacuum form it. The plastic we used in the thread above was very sturdy and cut very easily.

            If you're really after a long-term durable use mask, indeed vacuum form it, and then you proceed to mold and metal cast.
