How to Paint over top of Black Marker??

I goofed up.

I'm working on a Sinister Superman and after painting his skin very pale I added the eyeliner and thick eyebrows using black marker.

The marker immediately spread giving a smudged look and bled into the eyes. I tried painting over it with white paint but the marker came thru four coats.

Last night i cracked open a can of primer I used to paint my house and the marker STILL bled thru.

Any idea what I can use to cover this up and start fresh?

i painted over black marker with flesh coloured acrylic paint and it worked in one coat.try remove zit first.
