Is there a tutorial or old thread on here somewhere about dyeing mego-like bodies? I've had one of Dr. Mego's white, "more articulated" Hulk bodies lying around for a couple of years and would finally like to put it to good use. What brand and color of dye have others used? Is it just simply "green" or called something else?

Krylon Fusion for Plastics worked great for me. Use Hunter / Safety Green. Dis-assemble body in separate limbs, apply paint in several thin coats, let dry in UV sun a couple of hours and re-string / assemble back. -
Rit Dye has a new one for synthetics that Lego customizers are using to dye bricks, so it should work on the hard plastic parts. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment

I'm still holding out hope that Doc will eventually make his 8" Hulk body in green. I've seen the Doc white regular bodies dyed green and the dye doesn't take evenly(the knee & elbow joints for example....and the chest). Most likely they are a different plastic than the rest of the body.sigpicComment

seems like flesh, grey, red and green would be like printing money for him. All you can do with the white one is Grundy and clothed figures. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If you aren't happy in one place, chances are you won't be happy anyplace. -Ernie BanksComment
