I do kinda wish we could line all of the FTC heads up and sort them by size. From the pictures, it still looks like Martian Manhunter is the biggest I've seen on any of the FTC figures. Second would be Draco Malfoy. Then maybe Alfred.

It just makes me a sad bear.

I'm not saying that the heads don't look too big in some cases, just wondering if those factors mentioned make it more difficult to get the size "just right". I think to look in proportion for super-heroes they probably should be just a little bit undersized.

Ok, sure the BATMAN head sculpt isn't perfect...but I like it. Is it to big...I'm not sure(and I'd be one of the 1st to cry GIANT head!)? But I intend to put mine on a Doc Mego Buff body with the swivel biceps and maybe a bigger chest...that should make the head look a better scale. Glad they used the gloves and boots the did.

For me, at least this time, it's not that the head is too big but that the neck is kind of on the scrawny side. And maybe with a bigger chest emblem everything would balance out?

The neck can be camouflaged by using a "ruff" like they use on the 66 Batman under the cape.

The Martian Manhunter's head is smaller than it looks in pics. When I received mine I was expecting a lot worse but I liked it and bought another one.
I am hoping that this is the case with Batman and Ras

I think Ra's is balanced somewhat by the costuming.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

I keep wanting to pull the trigger on this Batman, but everytime I look at the pics, I think the head looks too big. I'll be waiting until people post pics of the actual figure before I decide.
That's what I always have to do with FTC.

I got to see Bizarro up close and it is a total pass.
If they shrink his head next time around I'll buy it.
But the balloon head looks ridiculous.

Sadly, my plan, as well. I only ordered Ra's from FTC (finally got around to it today), and won't get Bats unless I see some pics when he arrives that don't have a huge melon on the shoulders.

I finally see the pics of the Series 4 packages are up (they may have been posted for sometime, but I just caught these today): http://figurestoycompany.com/pre-ordercomingsoon.aspx. I *love* them, particularly that *Batman*. So cool. So so cool!!

I like them all too! For what it's worth, I think Batman is the weakest of the four. I'm down for getting all of them nonetheless. Anyone have any side-by-side comparison pictures of the early bird Gordon and this one? I thought I'd read the sculpt was going to be all new. Both versions look fine to me, I wonder if just the green trench coat from the former was all that was different.
