Batgirl photos: I don't get it.

I am a true fan of FTC, especially the Batman 66 line.
The thing that I can't figure out is, the photos that they use on their page.
You would think that they would want the photos of the figures to look good so that they'll sell more, right?
Okay, it's no secret that many people on this board have complained about the Yvonne Craig - Batgirl figure and they've been doing so since the first prototype photos were released last August.

Now, I get the whole prototype thing.
However, if the figure has been improved, you'd think that they would post photos of the improved figure in hopes of selling more.

I just saw a post on Facebook from someone who has already received his Batgirl figure.
When I first saw it, my jaw dropped because this is NOT the same figure that we've been looking at since August.

Okay, the cape is still longer than Yvonne's was BUT I can live with this.
    The body somehow looks better.
The belt on her hips looks better.
    Her hair looks better.
    Her face looks WAY Better!
    I LOVE THIS!
My ONLY complaint with this new figure is that I wish that they would have used the molded gloves as they did with Batman & Robin.

They need to remove every photo of that prototype and replace them with new pics of the updated figure.

a different (much improved) head sculpt??
it looks a lot better than the "prototype!"
                what gives???

It would be a first for a released figure to look better than the prototype.
My posts were needlessly deleted ...

Looks great! Still will be swapping the body....The FTC female super hips and constant "always going lop-sided" torso has got to go!

The only other one that I saw was O' Hara and he basically looked the same (to me) as the photos that we've seen.

I don't care for the molded gloves, they are flimsy, if you pull them off often they will not snap back in place and you lose articulation at the wrists. Am I the only one to fell this way. I have two figures in which I had to tape the inside of the molded glove to keep them from falling off.

I agree. The slendering of the face may be the 'turning point' to more sales on this figure for FTC. Whether FTC actually reworked the head, or the roto castings turned out slimmer on their own, I like it a lot better than the proto-type pic!
