What is the easiest way to disassemble an action stallion without breaking the reins!

It's fraught with peril, the bridle pins are very fragile.
You can try warming the bridle with a low-setting hair dryer and easing it over the head. Try to grasp it so that you're not putting pressure on the pins but rather the straps. You can also try a similar method to pop off the reins.
But in all honesty, I've had as many failures as successes. Use "Low" and at an indirect angle. It won't be hot enough to affect the horse or bridle/reins, in my experience.
