John Marshall Schiffer books - still worth buying?

I was wondering if I could get any thoughts on whether the John Marshall '60s/'70s/'80s action figure books are worth picking up? I know these have been around for a long time now, but I'm a lazy shopper and never got around to buying them. Are they worth the price, or is it just a bunch of semi-random images that you can easily find online at this point? I'm seeing some mixed reviews, so I'd value your opinions here.

If you're into GI Joe, then "Backyard Heroes" is a gem, not much if you're into Big Jim....

I really like his Superhero book as well, I still crack that once in a while.

My early collection of Mego WGSH is featured in the Super Hero book.

Even then, my posing skills sucked.
