You got me curious, so I tossed Big Mac on a postal scale.
He comes in right around 17.5lbs
I didn't want to disassemble the Mayor, but he is about a 3rd smaller...or maybe half.

Mac is a tad uncomfortable to wear as his head is rather tall.
The harness keeps the weight off your neck, but the center of gravity is funky with that one for sure.

I've been made aware that photobucket killed the links to this post.
I haven't setup another photo hosting option yet but here is a direct link to the OG pic folders, maybe that'll work?

I would get a mannequin to wear them to fill out the costume, this way they can hang without having to try them on and stretching out those out seams and you can attach the head better . I did that with my TCROTBL until my BF likes to wear it.

Yeah, they've been on solid stands/forms for a few years now I just never uploaded newer pics to that photobucket folder. Those pics are all from the day I brought them home.

Here's a shot of them once I got them on some customized stands, but before I restored their cheese.

and here they are post re-cheesing.

They do look great, and wish McDonalds would reuse them again.

I love the McDonald's costumes...but my eyes go straight to your blow-molds. ;-)

Very cool! How do you see when you're wearing the head? I don't see any holes to look out of.

There's pretty much no way someone could have worn these w/o a handler.
The only site-lines are through the small holes in the burger patty (someone drilled extra in this one) and under the bun chin.
