You can still find some Hotels within 15 miles or closer of the venue

I was just on their site, they still have rooms available but not at the discounted rate for The block of rooms, the cheapest room rate is $269 a night

Yup. I'm in at just under that per night so yeah multiply for five nights and this added up quickly. That's okay, it'll be worth it.

There used to be a cheaper hotel next door but they're closed for renovation. I am not helping.

You can definitely get hotel rooms for cheaper then that ($269) within 10 miles of the Meet.

Wow! This is why the Mego Meet community is the best. Wife and I were out for the day when Tom messaged me, so we got right on it and are now at the hotel in Skokie (rather than out AT the airport).

Can't wait to see y'all.
