CW Heroes United (Pre-Legends of Tomorrow)

Since this is a cross-over event that leads up to Legends of Tomorrow, I started a separate page for those who do not watch Arrow or both shows but are watching this because of the Pre-Justice League.

I was really impressed with what they released tonight:

PART ONE OF THE EPIC CROSSOVER WITH “ARROW” — In its second major crossover event with “Arrow,” Vandal Savage (guest star Casper Crump) arrives in Central City and sets his sights on Kendra Saunders (guest star Ciara Renée). After Vandal attacks Kendra and Cisco (Carlos Valdes), they turn to Barry (Grant Gustin) for help. Realizing how dangerous Vandal is, Barry takes Kendra to Star City and asks Oliver and team to hide her until he can figure out how to stop Vandal. However, things quickly go from bad to worse when a man with wings AKA Hawkman (guest star Falk Hentschel) shows up and flies off with Kendra. Meanwhile, Harrison (Tom Cavanagh) develops a serum to make Barry run faster and asks Jay (guest star Teddy Sears) to test it out. Ralph Hemecker directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing (#208). Original airdate 12/1/2015.

I just cannot believe we are in a time where we get a TV version of the Justice League with characters in costumes. Not since Smallville/JSA special has there been much buzz on the internet about these shows. After pt two airs I plan on dropping them down onto DVD so that I can watch this over and over (I did the same to the Smallville/JSA). Here we get Green Arrow, Flash, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Speedy, Black Canary, Guardian (Diggle) all against Vandal Savage! Plus we get another trailer to Legends of Tomorrow in with it. I do love this day of Comic Books in the Media era.

Yes, the wife and I are looking forward to LoT. Although, we have a scheduling conflict as LoT premieres on the same night and in the same time slot as the finale of Heroes Reborn so, with us not having a DVR any longer we will have to decide which show gets watched live and which gets watched through On Demand.

Man, this is looking good. Great villain and great premise for a mini-series.

Man was this a great two parter, I really cannot wait to see Legends now.

I love these DC shows!! The Cross-over was such a Great Episodes!! I can't wait for Legends to begin, Previews are looking awesome for this show!
