Gotta be 8 inch.
It's a very good design considering how his look doesn't easily translate to the mego style.
I never was into New Teen Titans, too many people overhyping the books (like saying the Judas contract was better than the Watchmen and Dark Phoenix saga ) turned me off from it. But you have to find your joy and wolfman/Perez Titans is that for many people. So he will be a welcome edition to Kid Flash and Wonder Girl.
