My daughter picked up the Limited edition collector set Thor for me at NYC Forbidden Planet today. She paid $80+tax......Figure looks good. However, i think i liked the Original Mego version better. I will have to put him in a Type S body pronto, as per the body lacks "ROM". The helmet easily comes off the head....i constantly had to place it back on the head (no hole on crown of head, no plug on helmet for better placement). The other heads are OK and the modern suit is a nice addition (I'm a classic Thor fan).

I plan on mixing Thor parts and using the S-type body and muscle arms...kinda a mix mash of the modern and classic Thor

Are the boots the correct vinyl plastic? I hated the material used for the repro Cap.

Boots do feel like rhe correct Vinyl plastic material.
