"The Haunted Palace" with Vincent Price as a reincarnated warlock is hands down my favorite.

You got Poe, Lovecraft, Vincent Price and Lon Chaney, Jr. That is a fine movie!

                No one mentioned "The Craft"?

Burton's "Sleepy Hollow" had a lot of witchcraft going on. Every woman is a witch in that film!

Suspiria was great. I would have loved to have seen that as a kid. I dont know if I've watched many of the ones listed. I really liked Rob Zombie' The Lords of Salem.

Witchcraft featured prominently in a number of classic '70s/'80s TV horror movies:

                        Ritual of Evil
                        Satan's School for Girls
                        Last Bride of Salem
The Dark Secret of Harvest Home
                        Summer of Fear
                        Midnight Offerings
                        Midnight Hour

There were plenty of regular TV shows that utilized this theme as well, but one that bears mentioning is "Witchcraft", a 1961 unsold horror anthology pilot starring Darren McGavin. I should have mentioned that when I was talking about Kolchak, "Dark Intruder", etc.

The Craft, was on this morning.

Also, Avengers, Age of Ultron technically qualifies.
