The visual efx people REALLY knocked it out of the ballpark with King Shark!! He looked completely bad-arse and about as real as a two-legged air-breathing shark could look. Not to beat a horse, but just the effects on King Shark alone put to shame a lot of the vfx I saw on Supergirl last night. I wonder if the same effects houses are handling all of the DC TV properties....

I thoroughly enjoyed last night's episode...I knew Joe's plan to keep Barry in the dark about Wells' "reappearance" wouldn't last long but, I didn't think it would be that fast.

King Shark, Atom Smasher, and Jay wow ! Earth 2 must have a lot more villans and Superheroes than Earth 1. I think that Zoom is Earth 2 Eddie.

I didn't realize that Tony Todd had been cast as Zoom. With the Candy Man in that role, I'd lean towards The Black Flash.
Perhaps with the introduction of Wally West and all the time travel shenanigans on this show, this could be a future/alt version of Wally if Barry can't keep the troubled teen on the righteous path. Might be a mash-up of Daniel West, Iris' brother in the current comics, who becomes the Reverse Flash (who is different than Zoom).
Although Barry has also been the Black Flash as well.

I had forgotten all about Tony Todd being cast as well. I think I even caught his name in the credits a few episodes back!
So...Iris has a brother named Daniel? This could be Zoom. I was thinking Wally was the brother, but maybe not.

I read somewhere Todd was just supplying the voice as Zoom? Not that he wouldn't make a great Zoom.
Cisco seems to be being set up as this universes Pariah. Maybe a "Crisis" of some sort
is coming in the near future. Lol
