Is this the most ridiculous rack toy ever made?

I was recently browsing some vintage toy catalog listings on eBay, and came across this little number by Imperial. I can't remember if this made the Rack Toys book (I'm in the process of moving and most of my stuff is packed up, so I can't check), but this thing has got to be in the rack toy hall of fame/shame for totally random insanity. I loved Woody Woodpecker as a kid, but if I'd seen this at the local drug store, I think I would have just shook my head and quietly walked away.

Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea or Sea Hunt would have been better choices. Maybe even Sea Lab 2020.

I could stomach a gun with a Batman sticker on it, but when they went generic with figural items, I was out.

I find it so disheartening to know that Woody would endorse a goofy piece of junk like that. He sold out to the man.
