Capaldi really is a great actor. His speech was quite stirring.

It could very well be Capaldi playing the guitar,as he used to be in a band with Craig Ferguson ages ago.

The Zygon 2 parter was fabulous. And Bonnie was a fantastic character. I may not be the biggest Clara fan, but her acting won me over in the last episode.

I'd argue this is the most consistently "good" season we've had in quite some time. I hope that continues.

This was an excellent episode. Part one was ok, but part two was great. A solid story, Clara really uses her brain and makes a difference.
Capaldi's speech was fantastic, this is what the Doctor is all about. His words sum up what makes him tick, why he does what he does. I'm so glad Capaldi gets a chance to really shine.
He gets some nice one-liners again, and we finally know his name now...ahum....I guess we know who will play the Doctor next:

Can't wait to see the companion for that one...

Not a bad episode tonight written by Mark Gatiss. Not my favourite of the season so far by any means, but still an interesting premise.

This episode would have worked so much better had they played it seriously. The moment we got the "lamest Colonial Marines in the Universe", they lost me.
So a space station is in need of rescue, and this is what they send?
Slap-stick humor doesn't work well in Dr. Who for me...

I have to credit the production crew (director, set design,..) for creating a tense atmosphere, because they more or less saved the day.
And if someone can explain the Sandmen to me, in a (somewhat) scientific context?

Passable episode tonight... the return of Ashilda and some more great acting from Capaldi. The premise of the alien refugee sector was pretty intriguing.
Will be interesting to see how it wraps up in part 2.

Whenever part 2 is coming out. Next time it's a two part story, but they might wrap up any loose ends at the beginning of the first part. Then again,it's Dr.Who,so who knows what they'll do. I just hope they get a new,fun companion soon.

Sharp eyes Brian. Yes, it was me, very briefly. I'm the kiss of death for Doctor's assistants as i worked on The Angels Take Manhattan as well as last nights Face The Raven.
