Now that was interesting. Essentially a monologue showcasing Capaldi's acting talents. Impressive.
Next week's final episode looks like it'll be great. Time Lords, the Sisterhood of Karn, and more Ashildr. This season should end with a bang.PUNY HUMANS!Comment

Easily the best episode of the season arguable the entire series, what a great ride.

Great episode. This is what Moffat does best, a moody mind-bending nightmare like Blink. Great suspense, loved the setting and the whole idea.
This is what Capaldi really needed to define his Doctor, and I hope he stays solo for a while. A good showcase for a great actor.
Next ones looks good as well, and I think the "regeneration in progress" line will be to keep us guessing, maybe into the next season.
I also enjoyed his classic look with the velvet jacket (minus the hood, guitar, etc). And everytime Capaldi lowers his voice, I still hear Tom Baker, which is always nice....

Still one week behind ... just seen the Clara dies episode.
Liked it but didn't love it --- think i'm already getting sick of seeing the Viking girl too often
Also, loved Capaldi but still have trouble understanding what he's saying half the time.Comment
