    Mego Museum Space:1999 Video

We’re pleased to launch the second in our series of documentary style shorts about Mego Toy Lines that will be added to each Museum Gallery.

This month’s subject is the Mego (Palitoy) Space:1999 line from the United Kingdom, one of the most coveted television lines Mego produced.

Look for another Mego Museum short this October.

Narration was provided on this by Bif Bang Pow!’s Jason Lenzi. @BBPLenzi

Thanks everyone for checking it out, I know it's a sea of ReMego these days but I'm still a vintage guy at heart and I wanted to spread the love.

              October is Mad Monsters!

That's a blind spot for me in both sci-fi TV circles AND Megos, as I've never seen a single episode. It just never aired in my area, that I know of.

Great video though! I had no idea about the two Zantors, for instance. Great job, Brian and Jason!

I'm really looking up to this ... Mego's Mad Monsters are one of the Mego lines I basically know anything about.

I know the video will be chock full of interesting facts and tidbits

That's great--I've been here eight years and still find the monster hand variations confusing.

Funny this gets brought up, Jason and I are working on new videos again. I had to put my collection in storage prior to my move and it killed my ambition (and ability) to continue this series. We're now going forward with episodes on every Mego Line.

Here is our new playlist Vintage Toy Short Films and it catalogs the stuff I do with Lenzi and the silent stuff I do for PS.
