Oh this fun thread is easy for me. I love it all! There are no worst for me,I love especially the worst ones. Howard the Duck,Underdog,Green Lantern,Corman's FF,Supergirl,Condorman,Meteor Man,Turtles, all of it......bring it on! There's always SOMEthing I will find entertaining. And like I've said before,I always seem to end up loving what everyone else thinks is crap,or didn't do well at the box office, etc, etc. Oh I have plenty of movies I don't like, usually big budget, overpaid boring actors, and just plain old boring movies, but none of'em are in the superhero/comics genre. So no list from me I guess, lol.

An overlooked film that I didn't see on anybodies list.

It really was the first Comic book movie done right.

Personally I didn't overlook it,just felt I couldn't include it since I've never seen it,just heard of it for all these years. All the films I include on my non-list are movies I have seen.

I freaking love Danger: Diabolik. Like The Abominable Dr. Phibes and The 7 Faces of Dr. Lao, it's a film I can pop in at any time and decompress and thoroughly enjoy. Some films are like comfort food.

Barring about two lines of cheesy humor, I think The Shadow is underrated.

If you can watch Electra, Howard the Duck or Corman's FF, then Mario Bava's Danger: Diabolik would be like Casablanca by comparison. lol
If you want to see absolute rubbish. Check out George Pal's Doc Savage (1975)

I have never heard of Danger: Diabolik
Was the Doc Savage officially released? I remember hearing about it, but never saw it at theaters or video stores.

I haven't seen Danger: Diabolik, but I watched Doc Savage in theaters when it was released. I liked it as a kid, not so much now.

The series featured Diabolik and his companion Eva, as they fought and gradually exposed the Brotherhood and Dane, while evading detective Ginko. It was directed by Jean Luc Ayach with Paul Diamond and Larry Brody as head writers.

Love Diabolik but Savage isn't complete rubbish, studio tinkered a lot with something that has some decent moments.

Diobolik was also part of one of the better series finales of all time.

I feel the same way about Doc Savage and The Phantom films as I do about The Shadow: solid films with good leads, marred by poorly-placed humor and some sub-par foes. One might say the same of the Superman films if in a grouchy mood.

At any rate, I'd rather re-watch them in the right spirit instead of 75% of today's releases. Just my opinion/preference.
