After those pictures I went ahead and ordered the yellow cape Robin. I did order a pair of Aqualad gloves though to paint green. That will make him a better match for the smaller Teen Titans figures.
I ALMOST ordered the Batman, but in the end, he isn't really different enough from the previous figure to make it worth the while. If they had painted his forehead black and whited out the eyes, I'd have probably bought him. If they had used the 66 Batman cape on him or sold that separately, I probably would have gone for him too. When I ordered Robin, I did ask if they were planning on selling that cape separately. It would be great if they did that cape in different colors, but they may be holding back in case they decide to do the Rainbow Batman figures someday. Or at least do a Batman figure in black. Images of Zorro the Gay Blade done as Batman flashing through my head.
I love those Robin boots!! Awesome pics, thanks! I'm curious about something:Are those green female gloves,or actually scaled down patterns of male gloves?
"Wonder where else they will use those new shoes? Harley?"
Exactly my thoughts T! Molded in Red & Black...
These Robin boots look amazing! I just wish they would scale them up to 8" figures... My dream Robin figure would be rendered in the 8" scale, be sculpted with parted hair and non-smiling and look like the Neal Adams Dick Grayson Teen Wonder Robin... And of course wear these boots properly scaled up!
Mickeymoosemego please tell your pals at FTC / CTVT to scale up those boots to 8" figures please!

They actually fit eight inch figures. A little tight at the toe area, but they definitely fit on them.
